Cockburn Aquatic and Recreation Centre (ARC) is the City of Cockburn's leading edge recreation and aquatic centre, unlike anything else in Perth. We have 9 water areas, a 6 court stadium, 3 group fitness studios and a new 1500sqm gymThe PositionOur Lifeguards are responsible for pool supervision, emergency response and customer service, as well as keeping the aquatic areas clean and safe. With a high level of professionalism, Lifeguards engage in face-to-face customer interactions, education and incident response.As an ARC Lifeguard, you will provide a high level of pool supervision to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our members and visitors. You will be a friendly, customer focussed individual with the flexibility to work a variety of shifts (mornings,evenings and weekends). You will have:
Sound knowledge of pool supervision, water safety, rescue techniques and public safety requirements.
Current RLSS Pool Lifeguard License
Current Provide First Aid and CPR certificate.
Current Working with Children Check
