- Develop and maintain construction programs that align with agreed methodologies.
- Identify and document key activities, milestones, and constraints.
- Establish and maintain accurate construction, procurement, and deliverables schedules based on the WBS and contract requirements.
- Ensure that planning processes and controls are in accordance with the Construction Management System and contract requirements.
- Actively contribute to the identification, mitigation, and response to project risks and opportunities.ยท
- Develop and maintain standards and processes to ensure that program, progress, and other scheduling data is maintained up to date in P6.
- Prepare staging documentation for meetings and reviews.
- Coordinate detailed monthly reviews and updates of the project program with delivery teams.
- Advise lead planner on report interpretation and analysis of the Critical Path.
- Provide insights into project performance, forward planning, and development of corrective actions to maximise project delivery outcomes.
- Support and maintain strong relationships with project teams.
- Ensure clear lines of communication with all stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, with in complex infrastructure projects preferably Rail.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team of planners.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.
