We are a ministry of Wyong Baptist Church and have experienced stable leadership for our 31 years of existence, having had only three Principals within that time.The primary focus of the role will be to lead the Secondary staff in the development, design and delivery of curriculum, pedagogy, assessment and reporting that reflects the school’s vision and mission and is grounded in evidence-based research.You can obtain a comprehensive overview of the position .Selection CriteriaApplicants will be considered if they: - affirm a personal belief in the school’s
as well as an active involvement within their local church; * have a minimum of six years of experience within schools, having already held positions of leadership; - demonstrate current knowledge of curriculum, learning practices, research and pedagogy;
- display outstanding classroom teaching skills and the capacity to coach and support colleagues to continually improve teaching and learning; and
- demonstrate high-level written and verbal communication skills and high-level interpersonal skills, including a capacity to develop constructive relationships with students, parents and other staff.
