As part of the global Tetra Tech network, we offer exceptional opportunities for learning, growth, and international collaboration.About the RoleRPS is looking for expressions of interest for a future role within our Commercial & Infrastructure Delivery team. This role would part of our Construction Management Scope of Services to a leading Clean Energy client to support the delivery of one of their Wind Farm projects. You would form part of a team of Project Management and Site Management professionals and be acting on behalf of the Client in monitoring the performance of the construction and engineering delivery teams.Key Responsibilities

Support to the PM team with all site management aspects.
Lead the implementation and execution of all Site construction workstreams to provide a single source of truth for the client.
Managing interfaces and integration between all Contractors, including the TSI, BOP and NSP contractors.
Working closely with all Site delivery partners and management
First point of escalation on site for local stakeholders impacted by construction (including council, landowners neighbours, traditional owners, transport route stakeholders).
Facilitate and attend Contractor interface meetings
Support the Principal by facilitating site visitors.
Support to other site-based team members (HSE and Engineering)
Key role in ensuring that the Principal requirements are met by the delivery partners.

Requirements

10 or more years of experience in Site Management preferably within the Wind Farm industry.
Advanced proficiency in all standard industry systems and tools with Construction.
Excellent communication and reporting skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Australian citizenship.
