The role includes triaging complaints, contacting the customer to meet Service Levels for customer service and assisting Health Officers by undertaking research and providing them with the relevant information to investigate complaints in a timely manner.Please read the to familiarise yourself with all the requirements and conditions of the role.$82,540.64 - $91,316.16 + 12% Superannuation + 12% SuperannuationSome of the required skills, experience and qualifications * Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Health or related field, or extensive experience working in local government or a front facing customer service role with a sound knowledge of Environmental Health issues.

Demonstrated experience in triaging complaints and complaint resolution
Demonstrated resilience in customer service and the ability to see things from the customers perspective.
Demonstrated experience in process improvement, within a regulatory service area to ensure that continual improvement is being undertaken.
Current Class C driver’s licence.
