- Undertake contractual administration of projects to maximise commercial outcomes of the contract.
- Preparing survey and quotes, contract change proposals, escalation claims, extensions of time, payments, instructions, and export control matters.
- Draft a range of commercial documents to facilitate project outcomes.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders on the review and approval of agreements and contracts.
- Negotiation
- Assist Commercial Managers with negotiations with customers relating to contractual issues, teaming arrangements, licensing arrangements and confidentiality agreements to ensure commercial integrity.
- Advice
- Provide commercial advice to project and tender teams ensuring that key commercial, legal, and contractual issues are dealt with in an effective and efficient manner.
- Liaise with the Procurement team on flow-down commercial requirements for subcontracts and purchase orders.
- Tender and Proposals
- Proactive in commercial and contractual matters including the preparation of Request for Tender, subcontracts, statements of compliances and other tender response documentation.
- Comply with legislation and Company policies, processes, and instructions, including those relating to non-discrimination, Health & safety, Bullying, Harassment, Violence and Aggression, and duty of care and the quality management system.
- Demonstrated experience in a commercial role.
- Good working knowledge of commercial and contractual administrative processes and techniques.
- A sound understanding of principles of contract law.
- Experience in a commercial environment including contract preparation, negotiation, administration, and management of contractual relationships.
- Tertiary Qualifications in relevant discipline (e.g., Law, Business or Commerce).
- Demonstrate self-awareness and commitment to personal development, leading by example.

- Effectively manage time, deadlines, and competing demands through influential communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure when required but able to balance performance and wellbeing
