You're really there to WOW all of our customers, be that over phone or email.
  • Assist the Commercial Account Executives by processing incoming sales orders, providing support with pricing and technical enquiries and manage accuracy of internal pricing and product data.
  • Provide quality customer service by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of available range of products, setting timeframes and keeping customer informed throughout each stage of the ordering process.
  • Manage customer orders from start to finish, including responding to enquiries, processing sales orders, raising purchase orders and liaising with manufacturers regarding stock and delivery timeframes.
  • Liaise with Customers and Account Executives to develop and manage a delivery schedule.
  • Manage multiple Customers Nationally.
  • Regularly communicate with manufacturers to ensure pricing and product information is accurate and update where necessary, as well as monitoring stock levels and availability.
  • Ensure the DC’s are informed well in advance of any scheduled bulk deliveries due into the warehouse or out to customers.
  • Provide assistance and training to more junior members of the team.
Qualifications
  • Mandatory: Previous experience in coordinating service and/or administration.
  • Knowledge of white goods and understanding of plumbing products highly desired.
  • High computer literacy with experience using G-Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to analyse technical data and make product recommendations.
  • A team player.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Ability to manage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Permanent full-time position
  • Monday - Friday
  • We're presently situated in Rosehill, but by the end of 2024, we'll be transitioning to our state-of-the-art facility in Kemp's Creek.
