- Type-set marketing collateral such as tenders (large documents), PDSs, pitches, brochures, advertisements and event material
- Designing and formatting digital material such as; PowerPoint presentations, animated social media posts, email wireframes, interactive brochures
- Assisting with the development of branded materials (branded signage and merchandise) ensuring adherence to brand guidelines across Findex's multi-brands
- Support the Lead Designer to develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts to align with the marketing strategy and further increase brand exposure and lead generation
- Support the Brand Lead to measure, analyse and report on the outcomes of brand and design performance and work with the Brand lead to ensure they meet the agreed targets
- Update and maintain contact registers and ad hoc administrative tasks requested by the Brand Lead

- A diploma or relevant degree in Graphic Design
- 2+ years' experience developing and executing marketing brand activation and design with a performance mindset
- Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop) and Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional communications skills and an ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with various stakeholders
- Passion for digital and new marketing techniques and technologies
