- Liaise with customers, drivers and the council regarding collections and bin deliveries.
- Rostering, processing sick leave and annual leave requests.
- Raising collection and delivery disputes with the council.
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails.
- General ad hoc duties as required.
- Flexible start and finish times.
- Work with a friendly team.
- Extensive training and support provided.
- Parking on site.
- Previous Customer Service, Administration or Scheduling experience.
- High attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
