Overview:Position: Administrative AssistantLocation: Lansdale, PA (on-site)Pay: $20-$24/ hr DOEJob Summary:The Loan Partner One (LP1), an Executive/Administrative Assistant, oversees the Loan Officer's (LO) lead, calendar, and database management. This role requires strong communication, time management, priority management, and data entry skills. The LP1 must professionally represent the LO and team and strive to "wow" internally and externally daily. Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management: Contact newly received leads within 4 hours , maintain a 80%+ lead-to-consultation ratio , and onboard all leads into the CRM.
Calendar & Scheduling: Set all appointments for the LO and team , confirm all appointments at least 24 hours in advance , and answer 90% of incoming calls for the LO and team.
Database Management: Coordinate 2+ monthly events , ensure 5+ monthly gifts are sent , and manage 500+ mailers monthly.
Additional Duties: Manage the LO's emails and assist with all administrative duties as needed.

Previous experience as Administrative Assistant or office experience
40-hour workweek minimum.
Experience with major Loan Origination Systems (LOS) like Encompass or Calyx Point.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote).
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Desired Education/Experience: * Some office experience preferred.

Previous experience with expense reports.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
