- Provide attentive and personalised food and beverage service during all banquet functions
- Set up, service, and breakdown event spaces according to banquet event orders and guest expectations
- Work collaboratively with the Banquets, Culinary, and Events teams to ensure smooth function execution
- Ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are consistently maintained in all event spaces
- Respond promptly to guest requests, anticipating needs and providing thoughtful, tailored service
- Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, wine pairings, and dietary considerations to assist guests
- Assist in the preparation and resetting of event spaces for consecutive functions throughout the day
- Previous experience in banquets, events, or food and beverage service (preferred but not essential)
- A warm, professional, and proactive approach to guest interactions
- Strong attention to detail and a natural flair for hospitality
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays
