Informix DBAAbout the role:Informix DBA to support the client system running on Mainframe/Unix, customer facing with good understanding of Database administration skillsKey Responsibilities:
Expected to have expertise in Informix maintenance (patching/upgrading software) in a mainframe/unix environment.
24X7 support, shift work and after-hours support required
Operational and technical support to Application support and management.
Problem ticket in-depth analysis, troubleshooting, problem resolution
Operational monitoring, alerting and tuning
Proactively providing innovative solutions in accordance with modern technologies
Build and maintain relationships with and advise various levels of stakeholders.
The Successful Candidate
Informix administration
Database sustainment including incident management and troubleshooting.
Working with developers on database improvements.
