- Must be able to work a variety of shifts between 5:00am to 11:00pm Monday to Sunday including public holidays
- Located at Nowra Aquatic Park, Bomaderry Aquatic Centre and Shoalhaven Indoor Sports Centre
We are looking for casual team members to promote a fun, fit and healthy lifestyle for our growing community. Our casual leisure attendant's cover a range of roles which is dependent on the qualification and experience you hold (you can be appointed to perform one or more of the below roles). - Current RLSSA Pool Lifeguard Award or ability to complete Pool Lifeguard Licensing requirements (within 21 days of commencing duties)
- Current nationally recognised accredited First Aid Award
- Current AUSTSWIM, Royal Life Saving Society Australia or Swimming Australia Certificate - Teacher of Swimming & Water Safety (or equivalent)
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Award or RLSSA Pool Lifeguard Award (CPR)
- Australian Swimming Coaches and Teachers Association accreditation bronze, silver, gold or platinum
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Award (CPR) or RLSSA Pool Lifeguard Award
- Certificate III in Fitness (Gym Instructor)
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Award (CPR)
- Previous experience / training in Group Fitness instruction
- Current nationally recognised accredited First Aid Award
- Excellent customer service
- Follow defined WHS policies and procedures
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively and cooperatively as part of a team
