This firm is led by a couple of up and coming Directors who are extremely proud of their team. This firm is going from strength to strength and in a phase of growth.POSITIONDue to internal restructuring and growth, the position of Receptionist has been created.This role will involve and not be limited to:
  • Being the first point of contact for clients (over the phone and in person)
  • Providing exceptional client service
  • Arranging and coordinating meetings/boardrooms
  • Assisting the admin team with ATO Lodgements
  • Assisting the admin team with ASIC Corp Sec
  • General accounting firm admin duties
CANDIDATEThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
  • 2+ years experience within Australian Public Practice administration (or within a law firm)
  • Outstanding personal presentation and oral communication skills
  • Experience with cloud based accounting software programs would be highly beneficial
  • Ability to be a team player
