Job Description:Due to business demand, a newly created position for an Enterprise Architect has been created.In your role you will be supporting and maintaining architectural direction, standards, roadmaps, patterns, and methodologies for all architecture domains. This includes managing the development and maintenance of business, application, data and technical architectures; evaluating and assessing technologies; maintaining architecture and technology standards, architecture principles, and policies; and ensuring architecture governance and compliance.You will engage with a wide range of stakeholders across the business to plan, design, and coordinate various IT roadmap initiatives such as Customer Relationship Management, Portals and Self Services, and Application Integration.Skill set / Experience needed:
  • Professional certifications such as TOGAF, Azure Solution Architect, PMI, ITIL (highly regarded).
  • 5+ years of experience as an Enterprise Architect, leading the delivery of fit-for-purpose digital architecture and services to organisations with multiple lines of business.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture framework, enterprise system integration, and cloud services
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the organisation's strategic business plans and their potential impacts on architecture.
  • Maintain the organisation's overall architecture roadmap and strategy.
  • Define a 'blueprint' for the IT architecture and outline the steps required to achieve the vision.
  • Analyse multiple alternatives and contribute to recommendations that impact technical solutions.
  • Review and revise cost benefit analyses, risk analyses and development plans to account for design decisions.
  • Offer internal consultancy on architectural issues, including the provision of recommendations.
  • Perform architecture reviews according to agreed plans and assessing the degree of compliance with architecture and organisational standards.
  • Review project solution architecture for alignment with enterprise architecture.
  • Perform architecture impact analysis for new business ideas, including solution options, risk identification, and cost estimates.
  • Develop and review architectural components to be included in procurement documents and participate in due diligence reviews of new solution acquisitions.
  • Review project solution options and designs based on design principles.
