- Lead a motivated team and drive sales targets by monitoring performance, providing coaching, and supporting team members in achieving goals.
- Proactively engage customers to understand their financial needs and offer tailored solutions, fostering long-term relationships based on trust and loyalty.
- Collaborate with specialists and community stakeholders to deliver comprehensive financial solutions and enhance market position.
- Support operational efficiency and effectiveness through consistent coaching, performance monitoring, and adherence to organizational strategies.
- Champion change and innovation by leading through transitions, fostering a culture of creativity, and promoting the Beyond Bank values throughout the team.
- Demonstrate strong emotional intelligence, openness to feedback, and a commitment to personal and team development.
- Identify and develop relationships in the local community with the aim of increasing our customer base in Griffith and surrounding areas.
- Performance-driven leadership emphasising coaching and development.
- Expertise in customer relationship management and consumer lending.
- Knowledge in local business and a willingness to be involved in community and business development to grow customer base and brand locally.
- Proven ability in effective risk management and to guide the strategic direction and growth.
- Banking and Lending experience is highly desirable but not essential for the right leader.
