- Assist clients with hearing and balance issues by providing professional recommendations for the best rehabilitation options and developing clear rehabilitation programs tailored to their difficulties, lifestyle, management abilities, and budget.
- Conduct clinical assessments in line with current best practices and the Company's clinical protocols, communicating assessment results and subsequent recommendations effectively.
- Meet our clients' needs by providing appropriate and professional advice, services, and devices.
- Offer counselling and education to patients and their families regarding hearing loss management and communication strategies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Participate in professional development and training to maintain current and diverse knowledge in your specialist areas of audiology.
- 2-5 years' experience in Adult Rehabilitation; diagnostic experience is preferred but not essential.
- A relevant qualification in Audiology.
- Currently hold, or eligible for, full membership with AudA or ACAud
- Strong audiological skills, with the ability to manage a high and varied caseload while demonstrating sound clinical judgement.
- Excellent customer care and service skills, with a passion for delivering an exceptional client experience.
- A commitment to building strong therapeutic relationships with clients and achieving the highest standards in audiological care.
- An understanding of, and commitment to, ensuring the commercial success of the business.
- A desire to support team members and nurture an inclusive and enthusiastic culture in the region.
- Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Dedication to staying updated with industry advancements.
