We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman / Supervisor with extensive expertise in Bulk Excavation to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing excavation projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery while leading a team of workers effectively.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and supervise daily bulk excavation operations to ensure efficient project completion.
Work across medium to large unit developments
Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed on-site.
Coordinate and communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
Monitor and manage the work performance of crew members, providing guidance and support.
Ensure the correct use of machinery and equipment in accordance with project requirements.
Maintain accurate records of progress, materials used, and labor hours.
Troubleshoot issues that arise on-site and provide solutions to keep operations running smoothly.
Review and interpret project plans and specifications.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in bulk excavation projects, with a strong understanding of earthworks, grading, and site preparation.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
In-depth knowledge of excavation machinery and safety equipment.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications in construction and safety.
Ability to read and interpret project blueprints and technical documents.
A commitment to maintaining high standards of work quality.
Experience working on unit development
