- Hours- 7 hours per day, 35 hours per week
- Provide advice to staff on diverse corporate governance issues including the application of relevant statutory requirements, Government policy, ethics, conduct, risk management, compliance, and governance best practice.
- Promote a culture of effective governance by delivering training and other learning resources aimed at improving knowledge and assisting managers and staff with ethical conduct and risk management.
- Review and process internal reports, allegations and related disclosures, including undertaking investigations, review and assessing public interest disclosures.
- Maintain, Analyse, record governance information and data and prepare management reports, including reports on compliance and fraud and corruption issues.
- Undertake reviews, draft and maintain the suite of ethics, compliance, risk management and other governance policies and procedures.
- Support the delivery of the enterprise risk management framework and the internal audit function, including maintaining risk registers and providing advice on fraud and corruption risks.
- Provide secretariat support to the Audit and Risk Committee (ARC) including preparation of agendas, minutes and the coordination and quality review of papers.
- Support the functional and administrative operation of other governance and compliance processes, as required.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, industry certifications and/or equivalent experience in delivery of corporate governance, compliance, risk management and investigations.
