- Own the Cloud Domain Architecture strategy, standards and frameworks to ensure it is pragmatic and aligned with overall business and technology strategy.
- Have deep technical understanding of all aspects of Cloud working in partnership with the Engineering community and COE to build a future proof Cloud Domain Architecture Strategy.
- Deliver fit-for-purpose Reference architectures and Collaborate with a global workforce of technology professionals to improve capability and coordinated communication of strategy.
- Work with partners to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with executive and senior leaders across the business.
- Constructively manage expectations, ensure clear prioritisation, alignment on requirements, strategy, customer experience, execution, and desired business outcomes.
- Uses professional knowledge, experience, and technical expertise to facilitate problem solving, advise, influence and guide partners for continuous improvement.
- Provide adept mentorship and support to business and technical managers and other architects on major projects that are of strategic significance.
- Be hands on and curious to support the engineering community and architects where needed.
- Technical tertiary certifications and equivalent proven experience in the telecommunications field working with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, with equivalent experience in IT, Engineering, Business or Marketing field.
- Significant experience in Solution Architecture with Cloud Technologies.
- Experience with Citrix Technology; Xen Desktop and XenApp.
- Ability to analyse large amounts of information and produce reports and presentations in a clear, professional and concise manner.
- A sound understanding of the project management methodology and environment in an information technology organisation.
- Critical thinking, leadership and mentoring ability, strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills with a track record in delivering strong team experience.
