Proudly managed by Belgravia Pro this park reopened in April 2023 is perfect for an affordable holiday.The RoleTo provide leadership and direction to all staff and ensure delivery of industry best practice services. The Park Manager is responsible for the management of day-to-day operations in accordance with the relevant documentation and for the maximum benefit of all stakeholders including guests, staff, and the company.Level 5 Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020FT annualised agreement with subsidised 3-bedroom on-site residence with full personal use Uniform and safety wear provided with mobile phone provisionAbout YouAn experienced individual or management team, who are highly customer focused, commercially minded to drive business development and a creative flare for local marketing and community engagement. Equally passionate about tourism, environment and culture whilst delivering exceptional guest first experiences.You will be friendly, enthusiastic with a demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and lead a team. You are energetic with a hands-on approach, with attention to detail and guest first experience approach. Previous Park Manager experience desired
Proven experience in a similar role
Familiarity with RMS 9+ computerised booking system and good computer skills
Well-developed communication, organisation, administration, and management skills
Demonstrated ability to interact with stakeholders in a professional manner
An energetic and enthusiastic, hands-on approach
Outstanding customer service
Willingness to learn and apply our systems and processes
Availability to work across a 7–10-day roster including public holidays, weekends, early mornings, and evenings

Essential

Holiday Accommodation / Tourism experience
First Aid Level 2 and Current CPR
Current Australian Police Check (within 3 months)
Working with Children's Check or equivalent
Australian Driver's Licence
Legally entitled to work in Australia

Key Accountabilities

Being accountable for all business operation and guest experience
Be hands-on and possess a positive can-do attitude
Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment
Recruit, train & lead a hospitality team to meet the requirements of the business
Be accountable for the financial outcomes of the business
Achievement of agreed KPI's
