The sweet things you'll be involved in:Sugar Australia has an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Communications Manager to join our team. This permanent part-time role, reporting to the General Manager of People and Culture, will be based at our Yarraville, VIC head office, working three (3) days per week.This position is ideal for someone experienced in creating and executing corporate communication strategies to drive culture and key business objectives. The role will focus on supporting Sugar Australia in further enhancing our communication systems, creating engaging content, and building a culture of strong communication, both internally and externally through various communication initiatives.Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Evolving and executing a corporate communication strategy aligned with our vision to become Australia's trusted partner in sugar and ingredient solutions.
Establishing effective communication systems and channels that align with our culture and business objectives.
Supporting the development of a distinct Sugar Australia brand identity.
Planning, co-ordinating and producing high-quality content from across the business and then executing appropriate delivery mechanisms to engage employees, customers, and external stakeholders.
Overseeing the Sugar Australia website, LinkedIn page, and intranet.
Providing communication advice and support to managers across the business.
Leading and coordinating communication plans for the launch of various projects.
Identifying relevant media and communication opportunities for the Sugar Australia business and brand.
Overseeing the planning and delivery of community engagement activities.

What we're wanting you to bring to the table:This role is perfect for a collaborative, outcome driven individual who is proactive and holds strong interpersonal, engagement, and communication skills.

Tertiary qualification in communication, journalism or a related field
Minimum 5 years' experience in communication-related roles in relevant industry sectors
Strategic approach to communication plans
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent writing and editing skills
Demonstrated ability to create content across multiple mediums
Ability to work with external stakeholders on key projects
Strong ability to multi-task
Proficiency in digital media advantageous
