They've been operating for 20+ years across the 1st and 2nd home builder space, delivering builds from $300k to $650k.Due to continued success and a stellar reputation, they're now looking to bring onboard a new Site Supervisor to manage c30 homes, across the Southern suburbs of Success/TreebyThe Role:Reporting to the Senior Management Team, you will have the responsibility to:
Supervise and manage the construction of single-storey homes
Allocate materials and trades to job sites
Ensure timely construction of new homes
Effectively communicate with clients, trades and management in a professional manner
Inspect completed projects to ensure a high standard of quality
Maintain and updating company systems
Negotiate with subcontractors and coordinating onsite works
Identify and resolve problems throughout the construction process
About You:To be successful in this role, you will have:
2 Years+ experience working as a Site Supervisor residential home builder
Carpentry background held in high regard
A positive and self-motivated approach to your work
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple sites at one time
