Assistant Sales Manager - Banjo’s ProspectFull TimeAbout The RoleBanjo’s is currently looking for a friendly and motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join the Prospect team!Leading the Sales Team, you’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supervising employees, meeting sales targets and assisting the Sales Manager with managing the daily operations of the bakery. If you’re a confident leader who enjoys working within a small team to achieve results and thrives in a fast-paced food environment – we’d love to hear from you!We’re open 7 days a week, offering a variety of shifts between 5am and 6:30pm, including weekends and public holidays; giving you the opportunity to gain diverse experience and enjoy a flexible work-life balance.What We Offer

Key Responsibilities
  • Exceptional customer service

  • Assisting the Sales Manager with managing the daily operations of the store
  • Meeting sales targets
  • Supervising the Sales Team
  • Preparing and serving high quality foods, drinks and coffees
  • Training of new Sales employees
  • Opening and closing of the store
  • Merchandising products
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness
  • Follow Banjo’s established WHS practices to ensure you and your team are always safe at work
