As the Pharmacist Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of both the store and dispensary. Key duties include managing and rostering staff, counselling customers, maintaining compliance with pharmacy board regulations, and delivering high-quality patient care. The pharmacy operates on a fortnightly roster averaging 38 hours per week and is well supported with a dispensing tech and a team of up to 8 staff on weekdays.This role also presents future partnership potential for the right candidate, offering a rewarding career path for someone seeking long-term growth.Skills Required

General registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA.
Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role within an Australian pharmacy. (3 years preferred)
Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
Confident in rostering, compliance management, and team supervision.
A genuine interest in community pharmacy and long-term career growth.
