Night Porter

- Be present at the Concierge/Front desk or in the lobby to assist guests, colleagues and visitors
- Provide passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times
- Ensure collection and delivery of guest luggage in an efficient and timely manner
- Assist guest with all enquiries and complaints and provide accurate information to guests about Hotel facilities and nearby attractions
- Monitor and respond to any emergency situations or security issues that may arise
- Any other duties requested by the Night Manager / Night Auditor
- Availability to work overnight shift from 11pm to 7am, weekends and public holidays
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Self-motivated with positive and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and handle multiples tasks simultaneously
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of team members
