Monitor campaign performance in real-time and troubleshoot deliverability or engagement issues.Team Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within internal teams, ensuring alignment on client expectations, project timelines, and deliverables. Act as liaison between clients and internal departments.Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain email content calendars in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely execution of campaigns. Coordinate with copywriters, designers, and team members to ensure flawless delivery of assets.Performance Reporting: Generate regular reports on campaign performance, analysing key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimise future campaigns.Project Leadership: Utilise project management tools such as Asana and ClickUp to organise tasks, delegate responsibilities, and track progress ensuring efficient workflow and timely project delivery.Your Success Metrics

What You Bring
3-5 years dedicated email marketing experience (agency background preferred)
Australian working hours availability (9am-5pm AEST)
Multiple client management ability with proven track record of meeting tight deadlines
Technical expertise in error-free campaign production using Klaviyo, Emarsys, and similar platforms
Communication excellence with strong written and verbal abilities
Client relationship management skills with proven effectiveness
Data analysis proficiency with strong understanding of analytical tools and methodologies
Continuous learning mindset, passionate about staying updated on CRM best practices and technologies
