Our client is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate with experience in running motor vehicle/public liability/Workcover claims. You will handle the day to day carriage of the files, from the initial instructions, to providing advices, drafting documents and potentially running a trial.The team is well organised with an established processes in place to ensure high quality work is delivered. - 5+ years PAE with experience in Defendant Insurance.
