HealthShare NSW is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Team Coordinator.In this role you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients in our hospital. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Co-ordinate the teams responsible for end-to-end food service delivery and monitor workflows and assist Supervisor
  • Ensure pantry areas are adequately restocked and activity logs are up-to-date and reflect operational status
  • Assist with assembly, delivery, collection and tracking of patient meals, using appropriate technology devices when required
  • Ensure food safety, hygiene, infection prevention and control adhere to relevant service and quality guidelines, standards, policies, procedures and legislations
  • Engage and communicate with Health Professionals, patients and their carers to collect required information to assist in meal provision
  • Any other duties as may reasonably be required or directed
