About the roleAs our Real Estate Technology Manager, you will oversee the full suite of Proptech applications, platforms, and vendor relationships supporting our national network of company-owned and franchise real estate offices.This newly created position, reporting to the General Manager Residential Real Estate and Brand, gives you the opportunity to take the lead on our systems across sales and property management—ensuring they are robust, integrated, and continuously improved to deliver operational efficiency and strategic value. Working closely with Elders' internal IT teams, state leadership, and external vendors, you’ll drive technology adoption and manage a long-term roadmap that enhances productivity, reduces costs, and supports business goals.ResponsibilitiesAs our Real Estate Technology Product Manager, you will:

Manage the Proptech ecosystem including contracts, supplier performance, and system improvements
Maintain and deliver the real estate technology roadmap with a focus on efficiency and cost reduction
Partner with internal teams and vendors to develop and implement technology enhancements
Provide guidance and training on technology adoption to state managers and franchise partners
Develop frameworks to support the integration, reporting, and optimisation of Proptech tools
Monitor and report on ROI, usage, and cost-saving outcomes of technology investments

About youTo succeed at Elders, you:

Tertiary qualification in IT or Business and industry experience
Proven experience in implementing and maintaining real estate technology solutions across sales, property management, CRM, and trust accounting systems
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical teams
Demonstrated ability to manage third-party vendors and implement continuous improvement practices
Extensive project and change management experience within IT or technology environments
Proficiency with a range of real estate CRMs, integrations, and developing technology adoption strategies
