Adecco are currently recruiting for a Posi Track/Skid Steer Operator (7.5 Tonne) to work with a highly reputable family business who specialises in earthmoving and civil construction solutions. It is a permanent role and you can be located anywhere in Brisbane as you can take the rig home with you and go from home to your job each day. The standard hours are Monday - Friday arriving at site by 6:30am and completing 8 hours a day and there is the option of additional weekend work if you are interested and that is paid at penalties. It is paying $35 - $45 per hour base plus 11% superannuation, truck, fuel and $50 per month phone allowance (hourly rate might be negotiable based on experience) and there is overtime available. Operation of 7.5 Tonne Posi Track/Skid Steer to provide a range of earthmoving and civil construction requirements
Have a precise and accurate operation ability
Conduct pre start and daily checks on the equipment
Load and unload materials as required
Some minor maintenance and servicing of equipment may be required

ProfileKnowledge & Skill

Relevant Operator ticket (Posi Track/Skid Steer)
Ideally experience with 7.5 tonne Posi Track/Skid Steer or similar
HR or MR truck licence is required
Have a safety first mindset and employee safe work practices
Be honest and reliable and able to work with minimal supervision
Construction White Card would be helpful

Job Offer

You will be rewarded with a fantastic rate - $35 - $45 per hour base plus 11% superannuation, truck, fuel and $50 per month phone allowance (hourly rate might be negotiable based on experience)
Standard hours are Mon - Fri with a 6:30am start for 8 hour days
Overtime and weekend work available if you would like it and paid at penalties
