You will be responsible for delivery of financial targets, business KPIs and efficiencies and contributing to the formulation of the multi-year business unit strategies.Your day in the life of an Associate Director, Digital Channels at Optus

Provide high quality commercial support and advice to the respective SLTs.
Leverage commercial expertise, be the trusted business partner and provide fact driven recommendations and insights.
Drive enhanced Sales and Service functionality across our Digital platforms providing the best customer experience and financial outcome for Optus.
Accelerate AI strategic investments and returns.
Support the Digital Tribe strategy to ensure it delivers to Optus long-term strategic objectives, understand drivers of OPEX/CAPEX and ensure Tribe structure is optimized.
Work collaboratively with other areas in the business (including IT etc) to improve operational Tribe processes and controls and reduce financial risks.
Work cross-functionality across the wider Consumer team to optimise Optus' overall channel distribution strategy

Your skills to pay the bills

Ability to see problems and opportunities from different lens across the business, objectively and without bias.
Finance background with experience working in a Digital / IT environment (ideally with Tribe experience) and ability to optimally contribute to and challenge strategic technology discussions.
Commercial / Business partner expertise, ideally within Sales organisations.
Ability to work in an environment with evolving change and diverse challenges in a competitive market.
Ability to build positive and trusted relationships at all levels
