- Managing high volumes of inbound and outbound customer calls in a fast-paced environment
- Converting warm leads into new business opportunities by qualifying customer needs and building your sales pipeline
- Guiding customers through every step of the process with confidence and care
- Collaborating with senior sales colleagues to structure and close deals
- Consistently meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and targets
- Maintaining detailed records and activity tracking in CRM systems
- Delivering a five-star customer experience while confidently handling objections
- Previous experience in sales or a call centre is ideal, but candidates from customer service, hospitality, or retail are strongly encouraged to apply, if you’ve got the drive to succeed in sales
- Confident and charismatic communicator who loves people and thrives in conversation
- A strong sense of drive and resilience, self-motivated, and goal-driven
- Comfortable working to KPIs and eager to learn and grow
