
Senior Planner

- Manage and deliver statutory planning projects, development applications and due diligence assessments
- Provide high-quality planning advice to clients across a range of sectors
- Engage with local and state government agencies, clients and sub-consultants
- Lead site assessments and contribute to strategic planning advice
- Supervise and mentor junior and student planners
- Support business development through client relationships and repeat work
- Bachelor's degree in Urban & Regional Planning (or equivalent recognised by PIA)
- Minimum 6 years' experience in statutory or strategic planning, ideally in private consultancy
- Sound knowledge of Queensland planning legislation and development processes
- Proven track record preparing and assessing planning applications of varying complexity
- Strong report writing and communication skills
- Current driver's licence
- PIA membership or eligibility (preferred)
