
Airline Production Chef

- Shifts: Day and afternoon- Monday to Sunday with the opportunity for overtime.
- Environment: High-volume food preparation with responsibilities including preparing, cooking, and assembling meals to meet client specifications and exceed customer expectations.
- Compliance: Adhere to HACCP and OHS policies in line with Federal and State Government Regulations.
- Prepare and cook food within strict time constraints to meet internal KPIs.
- Manage food production, including stock levels and quantities.
- Conduct quality control checks.
- Coordinate with Catering Assistants.
- Experience: Recent experience in food manufacturing environments.
- Qualifications: Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery.
- Flexibility: Ability to work both day and afternoon shifts and be available for extra shifts as needed.
- Transport: Reliable car and driver’s license.
- Availability: Full working rights and availability.
