You will be part of a collaborative team, working alongside experienced staff and buddied up for support and training.Day to Day:
You'll play a key part in keeping our hospital running smoothly and safely by:
- Providing Security: Patrol hospital grounds, respond to alarms, manage access control, and offer friendly, helpful customer service.
- Supporting Patients: Assist with patient transfers and help lift and move patients respectfully and safely.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Perform cleaning duties in hospital rooms to the highest standards, following infection control guidelines.
You will be required to work on a rotating roster, with shift times including:
- Morning: 6:00am - 2:30pm
- Afternoon: 2:00pm - 10:30pm
- Night: 10:30pm - 6:00am
- Able to prioritise tasks and stay organised
- Culturally aware and respectful
- Professional, reliable, and a true team player
- Essential: Class 1A Security licence & First Aid Certificate
