The RoleAs the Mid-Senior Graphic Designer for Orora’s Global Glass team, you’ll create innovative packaging solutions that bring well-known FMCG, wine and boutique spirit brands to life across the Asia-Pacific region. From branding and label concepts, to decoration for new glass bottle designs, you’ll work across multiple briefs—contributing to creative sessions and collaborating closely with sales, innovation team and customers to deliver visually impactful, brand-aligned design outcomes.The successful candidate will be required to work in the Dandenong facility at least 3 days a week.Key Responsibilities

Create standout label and packaging designs aligned to customer brand strategies and market positioning.
Participate in ideation workshops and contribute original concepts and ideas.
Collaborate directly with customers, sales teams, and industrial designers to bring concepts to life.
Work with industrial designers to create high quality concept visualisations.
Develop and present customer-facing design presentations using PowerPoint or InDesign.
Stay ahead of material, decoration, and glass manufacturing trends, with a focus on sustainability and premiumisation.
Provide ad-hoc marketing support and contribute to broader team goals.

What We’re Looking For

Tertiary qualifications in Design, Media & Communications, or a related field
Proven graphic design experience, ideally within FMCG or manufacturing industries
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; 3D visualisation capability would also be well regarded
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity and work autonomously
A collaborative team player with a genuine passion for design and the ability to take on and apply feedback effectively
