Other responsibilities include:
- Advising on role descriptions, establishment management, and workforce strategies
- Ensuring HR systems and records (such as SAP HR and organisational charts) are current and accurate
- Supporting remuneration and employment conditions queries
- Providing timely and expert advice to internal stakeholders
- Contributing to continuous improvement in HR processes
- A solid understanding of HR principles, Queensland Public Sector legislation, and enterprise agreements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
- Confidence in interpreting and applying recruitment and workforce policies
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
