We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll and Finance Officer to join our dynamic Finance Team. This is a great opportunity to apply your payroll and finance knowledge in a mission-driven organisation that makes a real difference.About the RoleAs the Payroll and Finance Officer, you will assist with the fortnightly payroll processing, support payroll system administration, and handle key finance tasks, including reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and general financial administration.Your key responsibilities will include:Processing fortnightly pay runs accurately and on timeMaintaining employee records and processing position/salary changes, with appropriate approvals and audit trailsConducting end-of-month payroll processing, reporting, and reconciliationsSupporting integration of payroll and HR data across internal systemsManaging payroll-related communications and correspondenceAdministering the payroll kiosk system and employee leave processesLiaising with our Salary Packaging Provider for employee packaging servicesProcessing invoices and customer expenditure in the accounting systemManaging reimbursement requests and ensuring client expenses fall within eligibility timeframesSupporting general finance administrative tasks as requiredThis role is being offered on a full time fixed term contract, ending 30 June 2026.About YouYou’ll bring professionalism, attention to detail, and a high level of confidentiality to everything you do.
