- Assist the team in the maintenance of their portfolio by:
- Prepare and process new claims.
- Assist with payment requisitions as required.
- Handle telephone, email and fax enquiries as required.
- Assist claims advisors and team leaders as required.
- Maintain and accurately input data into databases as required
- Operate at all times in accordance with specific claims handling protocols (when they are in place) to ensure we understand and fulfil the needs and expectations of our customers
- Senior Certificate of Education (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in Property Claims or Motor Claims or Administrative Support (preferred)
- Knowledge of Polisy system (preferred)
- Computer literate - Word and Excel to an intermediate level of proficiency.
- Demonstrating a concern for quality and accuracy in all areas of work. Sets work standards to ensure quality is maintained and customer needs met.
