
National Service Sales Manager

- Leadership of the service sales function of Digital Energy with the end goal of continually gaining market share;
- Lead, hire, mentor across a high performing sales team with national scope
- Grow the service offering with a focus on the execution of a digital services sales strategies;
- Foster a high-performance culture that enables an agile account management sales team, creating value and insight for our customers;
- Work closely with marketing and customer engagement functions to drive continuous improvement in NPS and Customer Satisfaction scores;
- Provide strong leadership to continually develop, maintain and attract key talents within the team;
- Travel where and when required to engage with National customers.
- Extensive experience in sales/account management within a related industry (technology, engineering, software or consulting);
- Demonstrated experience driving value for customers across large portfolios of assets and assisting customers to achieve sustainability and efficiency;
- Passionate about people leadership and developing employees to their full potential;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working through thought leadership, innovation and employee coaching;
- Financially astute having experience with financial management, forecasting & budgeting.
