Adelaide | Up to $200k PackageAn established construction company with a strong track record in delivering landmark projects is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of an 8-level multi-residential development in Adelaide.This is a high-profile opportunity for a proven leader who thrives in complex environments and wants to be at the forefront of a major build in South Australia's growing residential sector.The Opportunity
You'll oversee the project from inception through to completion, working closely with a dedicated site and project team. With full responsibility for cost, program, quality, and client satisfaction, you will play a key role in shaping both the project and your career trajectory.What you'll be doing:Leading the full lifecycle delivery of an 8-level multi-residential projectManaging project budgets, timelines, contracts, and complianceOverseeing procurement and subcontractor engagementDriving communication with consultants, stakeholders, and clientsLeading and mentoring the project delivery team to ensure excellence across all phasesWhat we're looking for:Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager on multi-level residential or commercial buildsProven ability to deliver projects $50m+ in value (preferred)Strong leadership and communication skills to engage clients and direct teamsSound knowledge of building codes, contracts, and compliance standardsTertiary or trade qualifications in construction, engineering, or project managementWhat's on offer:Attractive salary package of up to $200kLead a landmark residential development in AdelaideSupportive project team with the depth and capability to deliverCareer progression within a respected and well-established contractorIf you're an experienced Project Manager ready to take charge of a significant multi-level residential build, we'd love to hear from you.In the past 5 years we have been extremely humbled to have placed over 16,000 people into meaningful employment.
