As an Account Manager in our Service division, you’ll work with a diverse mix of clients and projects, enjoy flexible work options, and have clear opportunities for professional growth.About the RoleReporting to the Client Service Manager, this role is responsible for quoting and managing projects for our existing clients as well as actively identifying and securing new business opportunities. We’re seeking a proactive and results-driven professional who can work both independently and as part of a high-performing team.Your responsibilities will include:

Establishing, developing, and maintaining strong business and customer relationships
Actively pursuing new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research
Resolving customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction
Achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Developing competitive quotations based on client requirements
Setting and managing budgets effectively
Reporting on project status and progress
Managing labour and plant/equipment resources
Ensuring compliance with all HSEQ requirements

About YouTo be successful, you will:

Have proven experience in a similar role
Possess strong selling, negotiation, and presentation skills
Demonstrate effective communication and relationship management abilities
Show exceptional attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
Demonstrate strong prioritisation, time management, and organisational abilities
Be willing to learn and embrace professional growth opportunities
Adapt positively to change in a fast-paced environment
Hold formal qualifications in Engineering or Construction Management (preferred)
Hold a current Electrical licence
Hold a current Driver’s Licence and General Construction Induction Card
Hold a Cabler’s licence (preferred)
