We help experts become true specialists and provide the long-term structure and platform to accelerate their success.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and technically proficient property professional to join our Gold Coast Investment Services team, working alongside industry experts across some of the Gold Coast’s most prominent commercial assets. You will play a role in expanding our leading market share and over time, this will evolve into a more active sales role. You will support the analysis, marketing, and negotiation of property sales across the market and be actively involved throughout the campaign lifecycle—researching the investment landscape and providing valuable market intelligence to support submissions and the production of high-quality information memorandums.Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research and analyse transactional sales data and market share trends across various asset classes including development sites, retail, and office on the Gold Coast.
Databasing – identifying buyers and vendors for various asset types
Provide financial and cash flow modelling for commercial properties, and assist in compiling content for submissions, pitches, and information memorandums.
Coordinate and undertake comprehensive financial and technical due diligence, including lease reviews, and managing related campaign enquiries.
Prepare and assist with property and superannuation appraisals when required.
Attend client meetings and property inspections as required.

QualificationsAbout You:The ideal candidate is currently working as a valuer or analyst within a commercial property firm or financial institution and is looking to align with one of the country’s leading Investment Services teams.Qualifications & Skills:

Tertiary qualifications in Property, Business, or a related field.
Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
Solid understanding of the local investment property market and current trends.
