- Lead the team to deliver high-quality, exceptional customer service.

- Manage guest grievances and assist with ordering as needed, covering day and evening shifts.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with experience in a similar role.
- Flexible and available to work various shifts, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service, products, and safety standards.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and committed to infection control principles.
- Willingness to obtain an approved Managers card and a National Police Check.
