- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications
- 1-2 years’ experience in consumer or travel marketing (desirable)
- Experience in implementing tactical marketing and communication plans
- Experience working across multi-brand environments (highly desirable)
- Demonstrated understanding and use of the digital technologies and media
- Proven success in executing and optimising multiple marketing campaigns
- Data driven approach to above the line and digital marketing campaigns
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience highly desirable
- Basic experience with Wordpress and Google Analytics would be desirable
- Support the Marketing Manager with campaign planning, execution, tracking and reporting
- Work collaboratively with the in-house design team on assets to ensure campaign creative is rolled out in adherence to brand guidelines
- Ensure website content is up to date and aligned with campaign communication and initiatives
- Developing and coordinating a detailed email marketing schedule
- Email marketing tracking and reporting
- Contributing to the development and rollout of guest facing branding, signage and printed collateral
- Contributing to pre-departure guest communications, including emails and travel updates
- Assisting in the organizing and execution of events, activations and media famils
- Assisting with the creation of high quality, engaging content for digital channels, including social media and website
