- Manage and oversee technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align project goals with organisational objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitoring and analysis of budgets and providing regular financial reports to Project Managers as well as undertaking purchase order creation and goods receipting using SAP.
- Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, summarising project performance and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and relevant regulations.
- Provide guidance to team members to maintain high-quality project outcomes.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery.
- A background in project management within the technology field.
- Experience using SAP, Content Manager, and Enterprise Project Online
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Knowledge of project planning tools and methodologies.
- Understanding of Prince2 or Agile methodologies
- Prior experience in an ICT infrastructure discipline
- Hourly pay ranging from AUD 80.00 to AUD 85.00 per hour + super
