Our Facilities Management team is recognised as a leader in delivering top-tier facilities management across Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a high-profile healthcare client with a diverse portfolio of 26 sites across Queensland, including hospitals, aged care facilities, and medical centres.
Based in Brisbane, this is a significant opportunity for an experienced facilities manager looking to elevate their career by managing a larger, more diverse portfolio within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will be experienced or currently working in a portfolio for an asset owner and be ready to take on greater responsibility working partnering with the Senior Facilities Manager to deliver high-performance outcomes across sites throughout Queensland.“Knight Frank provides the tools, support, and most importantly, places total trust in your ability to complete the role of an Operations/Facility Manager. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with tenant stakeholders.
- Manage compliance and risk management across the portfolio to ensure lease compliance and protect client interest.
- Establish and maintain all facilities data and documentation within our market leading Facilities Response Centre (FRC) platform.
- Through FRC drive management of critical facilities operations including contractor performance, procurement program, compliance and risk management, and incident reporting and management.
- Manage essential services, including air conditioning, lifts, and fire safety, where client responsibility.
- Manage service contracts and contractors to streamline and ensure high quality, efficient performance.
- Actively engage in and deliver sustainability initiatives and programs aligned with the client strategy.
- Manage and oversee small-scale capital works
- Support the portfolio management team to develop budgets annually and complete reforecasting as required
- Conduct Fortnightly Presentation Inspections for all assets.

- Currently working as a facilities manager, preferably across a portfolio5+ years of experience in facilities management on behalf of asset owners
- Strong experience and proven track record in contractor and contract management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report writing
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Collaborative and committed to supporting broader team goals.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own reliable form of transport.
- Ability to travel throughout Queensland.
