If you have a strong background in client-side project management within the building construction/upgrades space, we want to hear from you!About the Role:As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the full project life cycle, ensuring building projects are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and to the highest standards. You will be responsible for project planning, procurement, construction management, and stakeholder engagement.Key Responsibilities:

Oversee design, contract administration, commissioning and defect liability management
Lead and manage building construction/upgrade projects from planning stages through to handover
Prepare comprehensive project management plans
Preparation of briefs and tender documentation (traditional and D&C contracts)
Evaluate procurement methodologies and managing risk/value for money
Lead multi-disciplinary project teams and juggle stakeholder priorities

About You:To be successful in this role, you will have:

Prior experience in client-side project management for building construction/upgrade projects
Whilst not mandatory, experience with Correctional and Defence would be highly regarded
Whilst not mandatory, a relevant tertiary qualification (for example, Certificate IV Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, Town Planning or Quantity Surveyor) and/or AIPM RegPM or equivalent certification would be highly regarded.
Strong understanding of Australian Standard contracts, procurement processes, and stakeholder management
Excellent communication and collaborative leadership skills.
Ability to prepare tender documents, consultancy briefs, and project reports
