Our client who is an established mining services company based in Perth CBD is seeking an experienced Blue Collar Recruitment Consultant to join their team on a 3-month contract. If you're confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and have a strong track record in blue collar recruitment, this is a great opportunity to hit the ground running.Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for blue collar roles across mining operations and support services
Liaise with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver quality candidates
Source, screen, and onboard candidates efficiently across multiple recruitment channels
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure an exceptional recruitment experience

About You:

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Recruiter in blue collar sectors (mining, construction, or industrial)
Experience coordinating mobilisations or working closely with mobilisation teams is highly regarded
Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
Confident using major job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases
